Great place to Work® Award
Great Place to Work® uses a globally established model with evidence-based standards to analyse workplace culture. Based on an employee survey and a culture audit, the strengths and potential of the workplace culture are evaluated, which can be further developed through concrete measures. The employee survey collects information on key elements such as trust, pride, fairness, team spirit, professional development, compensation, health promotion, work-life balance and leadership quality, as well as on organizational processes.
