Baar, April 1st, 2021 – AstraZeneca has been certified as a "Great Place to Work®" again this year. The award, which is based on the assessment of the company's employees, stands for a particularly trusting and appreciative cooperation, modern working conditions and high leadership quality of the management team.
For the fourth time in a row, AstraZeneca has been recognized as a "Great Place to Work®". The certificate is based on a survey of around 180 employees at the company's headquarters in Baar in the canton of Zug. The results are consistently positive. For example, 97 percent of employees say: "When you join the organisation, you are made to feel welcome". 94 percent say "I feel I make a difference here." 92 percent of employees agreed with the statement, "Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work."

Great Place to Work® uses a globally established model with evidence-based standards to analyse workplace culture. Based on an employee survey and a culture audit, the strengths and potential of the workplace culture are evaluated, which can be further developed through concrete measures.
