AstraZeneca Switzerland is proud to have been certified as a «Great Place to Work» for the sixth time in a row and now also to carry the Swiss LGBTI label. This seal of quality recognises the company's comprehensive approach to diversity management, which is an important part of the corporate culture and has contributed to the excellent results of its internal survey.
The «Great Place to Work» survey revealed that 91% of employees rated the workplace culture at AstraZeneca as «outstanding» in 2024. With the Swiss LGBTI label, AstraZeneca Switzerland is also flying the flag for diversity and is underlining its commitment to a working environment that is based on respect and acceptance.
